Shared Dashboards
What It Does
Shared Dashboards let you share live API test results with stakeholders, managers or clients who do not have a platform account. Generate a link that shows real metrics, coverage and test status, which suits sprint reviews, audits and client reporting. The toolbar offers four ways to share: Share (a secure link), Embed (an iFrame, script or URL for wikis and intranets), Schedule (recurring email delivery) and TV Mode (a full-screen rotation that refreshes itself). A share captures one role view, optionally focused on one project, for the time range you pick; it does not expose metrics one by one. On a desktop installation with no address colleagues can reach, the dialog offers a report file and an "Open in Shift-Left Studio" link instead of a dead web link, and an administrator can set a public address.
Overview
Share a role dashboard as a secure link that is public, limited to signed-in users, or password-protected. Stakeholders with a public or password link can view test results, coverage, pass-rate trends and quality scores without an account, and the view refreshes itself every minute. You choose the dashboard view, the project, the time range, the access type and when the link expires (24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days, or never), and you can see how often each link was viewed and revoke it in one click. TV Mode rotates dashboards on a wall screen, embed snippets put widgets into Confluence or an intranet, and exports come as CSV, JSON or print-friendly HTML (print it to PDF). Sharing lives on the Persona Dashboards toolbar, available on Enterprise and in the 15-day Trial.
