What It Does

Persona Dashboards recognize that a CIO, a QA lead and a DevOps engineer do not want to see the same screen. Each of the eleven built-in views opens with the widgets that matter to that role: the CIO view leads with the quality score, a cross-project table and an environment matrix; the QA Lead view with top failing tests, flaky tests and test creation velocity; the DevOps view with environment pipelines and comparisons. Each user's layout is saved on the server, so it follows them from machine to machine, and an administrator can build personas for roles the defaults do not cover. With the performance or security add-on active, the relevant views gain panels for performance targets, load-test verdicts, open findings by OWASP category and median time to fix. TV mode presents any dashboard full-screen for team spaces and operations centers.

Overview

Instead of one generic dashboard, the platform offers eleven role views, from CIO and CTO to QA Lead, Release Manager, Developer and Tester, each with default widgets tuned to what that role cares about. Executives see quality and risk at a glance, QA leads track failing and flaky tests, DevOps watches environments and pipelines, and delivery roles follow release gates. Every widget can be resized, reordered, hidden or reconfigured, a custom widget offers 10 chart types and 13 group-by dimensions with true p95, and administrators can define custom personas for their own roles. A full-screen TV mode turns any view into a wall-mounted status board.
