Test Reporting
Open Reporting to browse execution history, use Run Type to distinguish Functional and Workflow runs, and open reports from the Execution Summaries list.
Overview
Test Reporting is where you review past runs, compare outcomes, and drill into evidence. The main list is Execution Summaries: one row per execution with enough context to find the run you need and open the right report.
Open Test Reporting
- From the main screen, select Reporting in the top navigation (Reporting is highlighted when you are on this area).
- The Test Reporting page loads with the Execution Summaries section.
Execution Summaries table
Each row represents a single execution. Typical columns include:
- Start time — when the run started
- Duration — how long the run took
- By — who triggered the run
- Project — project name
- Test run pack — pack name when applicable (may show a dash when not tied to a pack)
- Environment — for example Development, Staging, or Custom
- Type — Manual or Automated
- Run type — Functional or Workflows (this determines how many report steps you will use; see below)
- Test summary — quick counts such as passed, failed, error, and total (often color-coded)
- View report — opens the reporting flow for that row (eye icon)
Use Search executions to filter the list. Use Columns to show or hide columns. The list may show a subset of total executions (for example, "Showing 25 of 1000").
Run type and report depth
Reporting follows the run type of the execution:
| Run type | Report steps |
|---|---|
| Functional | 1. High-level test report → 2. Detailed test report |
| Workflows | 1. High-level test report → 2. Workflow execution details → 3. Detailed Test Report (Workflow) |
Always start from View report on the execution row; the first screen is the high-level report for that run.
